We want you to be completely satisfied with your Studio Ledger website. We stand behind our work and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days after launch, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fees. This guarantee applies to:

• First-time customers only
• Monthly subscription fees paid
• Requests made within 30 days of your site launch

Setup Fee Refunds

The $197 setup fee is non-refundable once we begin work on your website, as this covers the time and resources invested in customizing your template, setting up your domain, and configuring your hosting. However, if we haven't started work on your site, we'll refund the setup fee upon request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at hello@studioledger.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
3. We'll respond within 2 business days

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You'll retain access to request edits during this time
• After your subscription ends, your website will be taken offline
• We'll retain your data for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup fees ($197) after work has begun
• Partial months of service (monthly plan: $65/month)
• Add-on services once delivered
• Domain registration fees (if purchased through us)
• Subscription fees beyond the 30-day guarantee period

Annual Plans ($847 today, $650/year after)

Annual checkout includes the $197 setup fee plus your discounted first year for a total of $847 paid upfront. Refund requests within the first 30 days will receive a refund of the annual subscription portion, minus any setup fees for work already completed. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent the next yearly renewal of $650.

You'll retain access to your website for the full year you've paid for, even if you cancel before the next renewal date.
